The Government of the Northwest Territories is making extensive renovations to the Łıwegǫ̀atì Building (formally called Legacy Stanton). A lease agreement was signed on October 26, 2017 with Stanton Ventura Inc., making them responsible for marketing, operating and maintaining the Łıwegǫ̀atì Building for the next 20 years.
Once complete, the renovated building will accommodate:
Level One:
- Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
- Integrated Primary Care Services
Level Two:
- Long Term Care
- Facility Kitchen Space
- Spiritual Space
- Outdoor Patio Space
Level Three:
- Long Term Care
- Extended Care Unit
- Spiritual Space
- Outdoor Patio Space
