  • Copy of the current licensing jurisdiction’s Certificate of Professional Conduct consent form.

Please note:

  • An emergency license expires 3 months after the day on which the license has been issued and may, during the state of a public health emergency, be renewed one or more times, each for a period not exceeding three months. The license remains in force for the duration of the license period, notwithstanding the repeal or expiry of the state of public health emergency. An emergency license will expire on the day the registered member ceases to be entitled to practice psychology in a province or another territory.

Failure to ensure all documents are forwarded to the Registrar’s Office as stated above will delay and possibly prevent licensing.
