Access to the CCIS Program

Before you can enter data into the live CCIS environment, you must first access the CCIS Training environment and complete all required training modules.

How to Request Access

1. Submit a request through the CCIS IT Ticket Submission Form and attach the CCIS User Access Request and Readiness Form (awaiting link to the “User Access Form” page)
   • Important: Please specify on the CCIS User Access Request and Readiness Form whether the request is for access to the Training environment or the Live environment.

2. The CCIS team will process the request and provide the website link and login credentials.
