What to expect when you call

Every call to the NWT Help Line is private and confidential.

If you want to quit smoking, Help Line responders will look at the things in your life that make you want to smoke and will work with you to come up with changes to your daily routine to help you quit. They will also help you develop a Quit Plan, which includes selecting a quit day, and give you all the support and resources you will need to kick the habit for good!
