Inuvik Transitional Housing for Addiction Recovery Program is operated by the Inuvialuit Regional Corporation. It is a voluntary, culturally grounded, recovery-focused transitional housing program which supports men from the Beaufort-Delta region who are continuing their healing after addictions treatment or preparing to enter treatment. The program provides a safe, sober and structured home environment. Residents are supported to strengthen recovery routines, build life skills, reconnect with culture and community and prepare for greater independence. Programming may include individual and group support, storytelling, mentorship, Inuvialuit traditions and customs, on-the-land healing, wellness activities and connections to community services.

Yellowknife Transitional Housing for Addiction Recovery Program is operated by the Salvation Army. The program welcomes applicants of any gender who have completed an addiction treatment or on-the-land program and have maintained at least 28 days of sobriety. Housing and recovery support are available for up to three months for individuals committed to maintaining sobriety and continuing their recovery journey.
