Renew Your Professional Corporation Registration
What you need to provide
- Completed NWT Renewal Application Form for NWT Professional Corporations before March 1st.
- Credit card authorization or cheque or money order made payable to Government of Northwest Territories.
Note: Registrar, Professional Licensing will email Renewal Application Form for NWT Professional Corporations in January. Licence and other correspondence will be sent to mailing address unless advised otherwise.
Failure to ensure all documents are forwarded to the Registrar’s Office as stated above will delay and possibly prevent licensing.

Fees
| Dental Professional Corporation License | $255 |
| Medical Professional Corporation Permit | $255 |
Note: A professional corporation permit expires on the same date as the member’s annual license.
