If you’re concerned about your substance use or are worried about a loved one, there are supports available to you.
- Your local health centre can provide you with medical advice and care.
- A community counsellor or mental health professional in your community can offer support and link you with additional resources.
- Call 8-1-1 to talk with nurses and mental health professionals for health advice, support, and access to local resources.
