National Nutrition Month
Overview
Nutrition Month takes place every March across Canada. It highlights how food supports our health, our communities, and our cultural connections.
For 2025 and 2026, the national theme is Nourish to Flourish. This theme recognizes that food is more than fuel. It supports emotional wellbeing, mental health, resilience, and the social and cultural connections that help communities thrive.
This page helps NWT residents learn about the theme, find activities in their community, and connect with nutrition supports.
