Committee for Applications to Supported Living (CASL)
Overview
The Committee for Applications to Supported Living, called CASL, is a territorial committee that reviews applications for Supported Living services funded by the Government of the Northwest Territories. CASL provides a single entry point for receiving and reviewing applications across the Northwest Territories and supports fair and consistent access to Supported Living services for residents.

Apply for Supported Living services
To apply for Supported Living services, connect with one of the following health and social services professionals:
- Social worker, Nurse, or Occupational Therapist; or
- Adult Service Worker
The health and social services professional can:
- Explain the application process
- Help you complete the application
- Submit the application to CASL
CASL reviews applications for GNWT‑funded Supported Living services using a single territorial process.
Applications will be used to determine if a person is eligible for Supported Living.
